One of our three doulas will be with you on your birth day — fully present, completely focused on you. Before that day you will have built real relationships with all three of us through your prenatal appointments, so the person who arrives is not a stranger. She is someone who knows your name, your birth plan, your fears, and what makes you feel safe.

Yes — this is one of the things that makes us different. We structure our prenatal appointments so that you spend real time with each member of our team. By the time you go into labor, you have three people who know you.

We rotate our on-call schedule among the three of us. When you go into labor the doula currently on call responds — and because we share the load, she is rested and fully ready to be present for you. This is intentional. We built the team model specifically so that our families never receive a depleted doula.

We love when that happens — and we want you to feel that connection with all of us. In practice, many clients feel a strong bond with whoever attends their birth, regardless of who they expected. What matters most to us is that you feel held by the whole team from the beginning.

Yes — deeply and enthusiastically. We have supported many families through physiological, low-intervention, and unmedicated births and we love this work. We know how to support a laboring body, how to help a partner show up, and how to hold a birth space in a way that lets labor unfold.

Absolutely. Hospital births can absolutely be low-intervention, unmedicated, and deeply empowering — and we know how to help you advocate for that within a hospital setting. We know the hospitals across the Denver metro, the providers who work in them, and how to communicate your wishes effectively.

Then we support that birth with the same presence, knowledge, and care we bring to every birth. Our job is never to hold you to a plan — it is to make sure every decision is yours, informed, and made with confidence. A change in plan does not mean a loss of power. You are still the most powerful person in this story.

Yes. We have supported many VBAC births and understand both the clinical landscape and the emotional terrain that comes with it. We will help you prepare, advocate, and feel strong going into your birth.

Our birth doula packages range from $2,000 to $2,700 on a sliding scale. The scale is based on a conversation about what works for your family — not a rigid income threshold. We also offer payment plans.

Sometimes — and we will help you figure it out. We have successfully worked with insurance companies to secure full or partial reimbursement for many of our clients. We cannot guarantee it, but we will always try. Many HSA and FSA accounts also cover doula services.

Both packages include our full team, all prenatal appointments, on-call birth support, and postpartum follow-up. At the top of the range you receive priority scheduling and extended postpartum support. At every level you receive our full attention and our full experience.

As early as possible — ideally in your first trimester. We take a limited number of clients each month to ensure every family receives our full attention, and spots fill quickly. That said, if you are further along, reach out anyway. We will always tell you honestly what we have available.
