Postpartum Doula Support

To the world, you are a mother. to your family, you are the world. don’t forget to take care of yourself, too.

A postpartum doula offers non-judgmental support, guidance, evidence-based education and practical hands-on support immediately after birth through the first year. Postpartum doulas provide families information and support on infant feeding, emotional and physical recovery from childbirth, infant soothing, and coping skills for new parents. They might also help with light housework, fix a meal and help incorporate an older child into this new experience.

Postpartum Support

Lia is your fairy godmother based in Denver, Colorado. Her experience with postpartum support started when her sister had twins ten years ago and needed around the clock support. She since has supported countless families after bringing their new baby home. She is here to support you during overnights or throughout the day so you can rest, recover, and bond with your baby. Sometimes new parents don't know what they need, but she is here to guide you! Please reach out for rates and to learn more!

Postpartum is a vulnerable time and looks different for everyone. Lia is here to support you however you need. Your goals are our goals: this is a judgement free zone. She is dedicated to providing support in a way that meets each family’s individual lifestyle and goals.

Lia can help with:

  • Diaper changes, feeding support (bottle or chest fed), burping, and getting baby settled

  • Laundry for the baby

  • Cleaning pump and bottle parts

  • Light housework and organization

  • Some meal prep

  • Anything else, just ask!
